Learn to Knit a Baby Sweater

Shelley is excited to help you take the leap and make your first sweater! We will be using the pattern Flax by TinCanKnits. This sweater is great for beginners and comes in newborn all the way to 6XL, we will be knitting the 0-6 months size to learn sweater techniques and complete the project in the given timeline. This workshop meets a total of 4 times on 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, & 10/10 from 9:30am - 11:30am.

Skills necessary to take this workshop: Students must know how to knit and purl and have a good handle on knitting in the round. 

Cost: $80 + materials

Materials: 3 skeins of Vintage Baby Dk or Bo Peep, US 4 16”circular and DPN, US 6 16” circular and DPN, stitch markers, waste yarn, tapestry needle, scissors, a printed copy of Flax DK by TinCanKnits.
