Julia, yarn dyer of Knitterly Things and owner of Rosewood Yarn Shop, and I were discussing many different options for her colorway in July and I am overjoyed that we decided on the dwarf lake iris as her inspiration. This stunning miniature iris is honored as the state wildflower of Michigan. This beautiful flower can be found along the northern shores of Lake Huron and Michigan. Julia has truly captured the stunning variety of purples found in the iris. I can't wait to see what you all create with this colorway.

 You can choose between her fingering base - 400 yards, 80% Superwash Merino & 20% Nylon - or her DK base - 231 yards, 100% Superwash Merino.
