Hand Stretches For Fiber Artists

Ever get sore while you stitch? Ever need to take a break because your wrist, elbow, or shoulder is tight? We have the evening for you!

Come join us on Tuesday, November 4, 7:00 pm for an evening of learning stretches by an Occupational Therapist from Michigan Orthopedic Rehabilitation. You will leave with handouts of stretches that we will do in the workshop.
