Learn to Knit Socks

Sock season is almost here, are you ready? During the workshop, we will be using the magic loop and DK weight yarn to create socks. I love my DK weight socks. By using DK weight, you are able to see your stitches better and the knitting goes faster. All the skills learned are the same for making a traditional fingering-weight sock. This class meets a total of 3 times. This workshop meets a total of 3 times on 9/18, 9/25, & 10/2 from 9:30am - 11:30am.

Skills necessary to take this workshop: Students must know how to knit and purl and have a good handle on knitting in the round.

Cost: $60 + materials

Materials: US 3 - 40” needles, 250 yards of DK weight yarn, a printed copy of DK Weight Vanilla Socks by Crazy Sock Lady Designs.
